Connect your location to its local VA

Any location that treats veterans — a VA medical center, a CBOC, a community hospital, or a single dental practice — uses this one template to register. Your patient records never leave your system. All that crosses the line is a confirmed appointment attendance mark, which is what the VA Travel Pay office needs to reimburse the veteran automatically.

  1. Step 1

    Complete this form

One administrator submits it on behalf of the location. No patient data is entered here — only facility and contact details.

  2. Step 2

We confirm your sponsoring VA medical center

Every location reports through one VA medical center. Charlottesville-area sites, for example, report through Richmond VAMC.

  3. Step 3

    Credentials and data boundary letter

You receive a facility key, a one-page data boundary summary for your compliance office, and console logins for your clerks.

  4. Step 4

Go live at one desk, then expand

Start with a single check-in desk for two weeks, confirm claims are paying, then turn on the rest of the location.
